Pepper Palace Hot Wing Eating Contest April 19 2007

This year…2 Contests + 12 contestants per contest = 24 people who will never forget Pepper Palace as long as they live. ( I believe that number is probably higher after seeing crowd reaction)

  

  

CaJohn (certified Pepper Palace wing cooker) lights the fires & I kick the tires. Sorry about that.

 

   The eating begins. Every round gets progressively hotter. (1st pic below) Local radio personalities “The Redneck & The Redcoat” drop after a few rounds. (2nd pic) Cathy Lutz from Hot Shots was an honorary judge.
