Chef “Chuckles” is always ready to whip up samples, answer questions or share a recipe. His passion is food (good food) so, ask him for recommendations and get yourself a shopping basket. 

 

Ronda “Ronder” has a way with the people, always making em’ feel at home here at The Pepper Palace. Always energetic & “Lively” she’ll have you buying everything you need (& more).

  

  Pete (Peeeahht) – part sales, part stock/ mail order, part animal (just kidding). Always the last one to go home (from the bar), Pete is a floater here at the Pepper Palace. Definition; FLOATER – One who does what everyone else doesn’t want to do.

  

Elaine (Layhner) – A friendly smile with experience, her tried & true recipes & advise are always available – Exclusively at The Pepper Palace.

  Cassie – Part Time sales – Full Time character. At 12, Cassie has tried more varieties of sauce than most adults. Also, she is the official Junior Hot Sauce Champion Of The World!!! (A title we made up) Eager to help & eager to learn, maybe one day the boss, but she’d rather be famous.
